Creative Strategist - Nibble : Job Details

Nibble is a fast growing short form content agency in Austin, TX. We work with leading consumer brands to create assets for posting on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. These pieces of content often get repurposed into ads on Meta.

In 8 months we have already worked with 20+ clients, accounting for billions in annual revenue across their different e-commerce stores. We produce over 500 assets per month, and have a sales pipeline filled with ready-to-go clients that will allow us to grow rapidly.

Our next phase of growth requires a talented Creative Strategist to ensure we produce quality content at scale. This person will possess a strong understanding of social content principles, with an appreciation for direct-response, conversion focused ads.

We are profitable, and this is our first significant hire so there is unlimited upside in compensation. Equity and bonus in addition to a strong salary ($80,000 - $100,000/yr) will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Review content pipeline for approval (100 videos per week)
• Distribute ideas, inspiration and hook concepts
• Instate SOP's and best practices across all submitted content from creators
• Stay up to date on trending formats, audios, memes
• Maintain a strong knowledge of internet culture and virality
• Understanding of organic performance criteria (retention, share rate, thumb stop rate)
• Help develop creative briefs for clients

Who is the right candidate:

• 2+ years experience with background in DTC Organic Social + Paid Media
