About Lemon8
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
What you will do:
* Responsible for creating vertical content and influencer selection strategies, establishing project and budget management metrics and managing the entire creator management/operation cycle including sourcing, onboarding, creating briefings and managing creative concepts, content outputs/quality and content timeline
* Responsible for identifying process gaps and providing suggestions for operation efficiencies improvements and executing them
* Develop and execute creator plan strategy from concept to publication, including relationship building with a wide range of types of talents and agencies
* Establish creator offline community, host regular creator events and manage platform campaigns and marketing events
* Track creator content performance utilizing influencer performance measurement tools and platforms to further optimize strategies for future content launch
* Responsible for data analysis, building reports and using data and insights to inform learnings and strategic recommendations to global leaderships
