RiverTech, an Akima company is looking for a Credential Production/Data Entry Clerk to support the National Maritime Center (NMC) in Martinsburg, WV. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!Responsibilities

  • Acts as a Receiving clerk and processes incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepares and processes all outgoing mail and packages.
  • Processes Merchant Mariner credentialing applications.
  • Produces Merchant Mariner credentials and medical certificates.
  • Creates and manages official Merchant Mariner records (electronic and paper based).
  • Records storage/upkeep.
  • Prepares Mariner records for archiving, correspondence and documentation.
  • Completes data entry - related to the credentialing process.
Qualifications
  • Current Public Trust is preferred but not required to apply.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year business/office experience.
  • Must be familiar with performing Quality Control (QC) verification.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access a plus.
