As part of our team, you will process credit applications, set up customer accounts, and communicate regularly with customers and Owner-Associates to resolve open items. Our ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who can collaborate effectively with a diverse array of teams, possesses accurate data entry skills, and has an eye for detail.Exciting work you will do:The essential duties and responsibilities of the Credit Administrative Assistant will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Answer telephone calls, monitor and distribute emails and correspondence, and respond to customer requests
  • Process all Credit Applications
  • Set up all new customer accounts
  • Process all requested customer forms and Certified and Returned mail
  • Assist with managing customer tax exemption forms and taxability status
  • Assist in generating Notices as required by construction lien statutes
  • General administrative tasks for the Credit Department

What you'll need:
  • Work Experience: Prior administrative experience is desired but we will train for the right candidate
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: An eye for detail. Competent with MS Office and Excel.
  • Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment.
  • Cross-functional skills: Capable of relationship-building, problem-solving and follow through with internal and external partners.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communication well with all levels of the organization; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
