A Bachelor's degree in business or finance is a must. If you have commercial loan underwriting experience, even better! • Bachelor's degree in a business or finance field required, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and real estate.
• Commercial loan underwriting experience is preferred.

• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability. High attention to detail and proof reading and editing skills.
• Professional written & verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
