Insight Global is seeking multiple Consumer Reporting Analysts for one of our largest financial clients to sit fully remote. This person is responsible for investigating credit disputes through credit bureaus or directly from the customer. This individual will need to analyze the type of dispute and coordinate with peer teams if applicable. This person will be working with E-Oscar and thoroughly investigating the dispute including documentation review and system of records review to ensure they are providing the correct responses.
