Credit Risk Analyst - Kookmin Bank New York Branch : Job Details

This position is responsible for monitoring the credit risk related to bank's overall portfolio and individual borrowers including US corporates and/or structured financing entities. Credit Review Officer mainly focuses on risks related to post-onboarding borrowers and ought to recommend the front/middle business units and credit officer to take the appropriate actions to remediate the risk identified.

Bilingual in Korean (verbal & reading proficiency) is required.

Entry Position

Responsibilities

• Review creditworthiness of CB and IB loans periodically from credit risk management perspective

• Conduct quarterly and annual credit risk review on overall loan portfolio and prepare review reports

• Analyze potential risks and recommend an appropriate remediation plan to minimize the risks based on internal risk appetite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major is preferred and Advanced Degree and formal credit training a plus.

• Relevant professional certificates such as CFA or AICPA is preferred.
