We are looking for an enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team at Auntie Anne's Schertz, TX! Your Impact:

• Leading a high-performance team of 10+
• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
• Working “hands on” in various Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House operations
• Ensuring the highest quality of guest service
• Hours of Operation 11am - 8pm.

Job Requirements:

• Passion for Auntie Anne's values
• Open Availability
• Team leader
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and have ability to stand during entire shift.
