This Critical Care Nurse Manager will work closely with various individuals and departments within the hospital to ensure the effective operation of the Intensive Care Unit and the delivery of high-quality patient care. As the Critical Care Nurse Manager collaborates with the staff and physicians in the intensive care unit they will also be engaging with the ICU Director to ensure positive patient outcomes.
The Critical Care Nurse Manager will lead the patient care team in a robust and dynamic intensive care unit. As a champion for nurses and patients the Critical Care Nurse Manager will manage and tackle multiple responsibilities in a 12 bed Intensive Care Unit covering a variety of clinical services from cardiovascular to Neurosciences.
The Critical Care Nurse Manager will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality-nursing care in a patient centered care environment according to the philosophy and goals/objectives of the Medical Center. The Critical Care Nurse Manager will be responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with the Hospitals mission, vision, and value.
