United Green Connections is a cannabis retail and wholesale brokerage firm who facilitates product purchasing and procurement for our partners. We are an open-minded, fast-paced team looking for a motivated, hardworking and team oriented individual to assist in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM: Oversee Apex Trading (Internal CRM for cannabis wholesale), ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow.
• Order Processing: Create and send purchase orders and service agreements to clients and suppliers.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory and media uploads to keep our product listings up-to-date and accurate.
• Retail Menu Updates: Update the retail menu as needed, including pricing, SKUs, and media.
• Sample Management: Coordinate and pick up samples as needed to support sales initiatives.
• Data Entry: Input and organize data to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with Teams: Act as a support system for both the sales and accounting teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Accounts Receivable: Handle accounts receivable and track due dates for payment terms.
• Social media: Assist with social media posts to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, punctuality, and sales organization abilities.
• Attitude: A willingness to learn, work hard, and contribute positively to a functional and harmonious work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
• Experience with AI software
