CRNA needed in Fort Smith, AR Start Date: ASAP and ongoing Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) with beeper call.Case Mix: OB, Peds, & RegionalOB: Comfortable with High RiskPEDs: 2 - 18 year olds (healthy)Regional: Upper and lower extremity blocks # of Cases per year: 14,800Supervision: (Supervised based on volume - Low percentage) EMR System: EPICFlights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Travel/Lodging if applicable. Mileage reimbursement if travel/lodging is not needed. Rate: $200/hour + $50/hour bonus per patient care hours workedCRNA, AR license, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
