Memorial Community Hospital & Health System, 810 N 22nd Street, Blair, Nebraska, United States of America Req #20235Tuesday, September 24, 2024Memorial Community Hospital and Health System, located in Blair, Nebraska, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team to provide Anesthesia services at our facility. In this position, the ideal candidate will provide anesthesia services to patients at MCH maintaining current standards of practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.Job Summary:Full Scope, independent practice with a wide variety of cases.Follows Anesthesia Department Policies and Procedures.Visits patients pre-operatively to evaluate physical and mental status, establish rapport, and discuss proposed anesthetic agents and techniques.Assembles all necessary supplies and equipment for anesthesia administration and is prepared for emergencies.Cleans and checks all anesthesia equipment for proper function, contacting maintenance as needed.Maintains good rapport with staff, patients, and families.Adheres to attendance requirements and contributes to the hospital's mission, vision, and values.Completes all mandatory training programs.Documentation via Epic EMR.Requirements:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist graduate from an accredited program.Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure in Nebraska.Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.Certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.Minimum 3 years of independent practice experience preferred.Maintains current knowledge of anesthesia drugs, techniques, and scope of practice.Incentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation and benefit package.Key Performance Indicator bonus annually based on goals set.Paid time off.Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and paid time.401(k) & Roth Retirement Plan with company match.Malpractice coverage paid.Licensure and Certification fees covered.Equal Opportunity Employer: Memorial Community Hospital & Health System is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
