Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our new office in Harrison, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon.This position is full time: Monday-Thursday with occasional FridayReport at 6:30 - First surgery starting at 7am1099- contractor Details:Predictable Mon-Thursday scheduleNo Nights/Weekends/Call/HolidaysIndependent practice, 1099100% autonomyGuaranteed daily rate + pay for performanceDaily guarantee (whether you work or not)All CRNA PracticeGreat work life balance6 paid weeks off per yearPaid holidaysAnnual Salary: $300,000-350,000Most importantly, you get to be a part of delivering final-caliber implants, next-day (NO TEMPS!!)Education/Experience/Licensure:Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia programValid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful Duties:Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based settingCollaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plansEnsure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelinesPerform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse eventsStay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipmentSuccess in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient.
