• Surgery Center Setting - 3 Locations
• Cases: Cosmetic, Orthopedics and Eye Surgery
• PRN Weekday Coverage
• Shift times: 8 Hour Shifts -Starting at 6:45 or 7:00 am
• Travel: Mileage and Lodging
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks
