# of Operating Rooms: 12 ORs, 2 CathLabs, 2 Endo, 2 OB

Care Team Model: 4 CRNA ; 1 MDEMR: Meditech and I Pro for Anesthesia

CRNA, FL license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and Covid vaccine required
