This individual will be a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is reliable and can multi-task. They will have excellent time management skills and customer service skills. They will also learn various operations of Crumbl, including mixing, ovens, and inventory. Ultimately, we are seeking an employee who loves to work in a team environment and is willing to learn the Crumbl Way of operations. This candidate will be excited to work for Crumbl and will bring that enthusiasm to work every day!

Requirements:

• Available to work Monday-Saturday. No Sundays!
• Previous leadership experience 1+ year
• Dependable
• Ability to communicate clearly and frequently
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive nature
• Food Handlers Permit

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift operations of store
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness of store
• Ensure the highest level of quality in all of our products
• Ensure employees follow company/store policies
• Communicate with other leaders and team members in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have a positive attitude

Closing Shift lead 2pm-10:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
