POSITION SCOPE: The Crusher Foreman will be responsible for supervising a work crew and inspecting and maintaining equipment. This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico but requires travel to other areas in New Mexico, as needed. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Supervise work crew.
• Assist with setup and tear down of plants.
• Perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required.
• Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis.
• Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy.
• Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.
• Other duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND:

• Required 5+ years of verifiable working experience as foreman or supervisor of construction crusher crews.
• Must hold an M.S.H.A. 5000-23 certificate.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications.
• Must be a Team player.
• Must have good understanding of Gradations.
• Mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform routine maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch.
• Fluent on Apple products and basic computer skills in Excel and Word is required.
• Willing to work long shifts and able to work weekends.
• Must be willing to travel to other jobsites in New Mexico
