POSITION SCOPE: The Crusher Foreman will be responsible for supervising a work crew and inspecting and maintaining equipment. This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico but requires travel to other areas in New Mexico, as needed. PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Supervise work crew.
- Assist with setup and tear down of plants.
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required.
- Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis.
- Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy.
- Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.
- Other duties as assigned.
BACKGROUND:
- Required 5+ years of verifiable working experience as foreman or supervisor of construction crusher crews.
- Must hold an M.S.H.A. 5000-23 certificate.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications.
- Must be a Team player.
- Must have good understanding of Gradations.
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform routine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch.
- Fluent on Apple products and basic computer skills in Excel and Word is required.
- Willing to work long shifts and able to work weekends.
- Must be willing to travel to other jobsites in New Mexico
