We are excited to have you join our team in this important customer service role. As a CSR / Admin Assistant, you will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide timely responses to their inquiries. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will be essential in this role. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining customer records. Job Responsibilities •Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other mediums •Communicate with customers •Maintain customer records in an accurate and organized manner •Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction •Assist with customer billing inquiries and payment processing •Utilize company-specific software to track customer orders •Develop and maintain good customer relationships •Research customer requests and provide quality customer service •Identify areas to improve customer service processes •Participate in customer service training and development activities Requirements •At least 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role •Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service •Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to use multiple software programs •Knowledge of customer service best practices •Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite •Ability to use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues •Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing customer service needs •Ability to stay organized and motivated in a fast-paced environment
