Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional
- Customer call management - You will hold responsibility for all customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
- Customer and team expectations - You'll communicate with customers and team members to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
- Book Keeping Management - Closing out service, cost management, bank deposits, material receipt management, account receivables, office supply management, etc.

- Live within the area
- Have 10+ years of experience in an office setting
- Have 10+ years book keeping, accounting practices & Quick books experience
- Quick book experience is a requirement
- Solving problems must come easily to you
- Complete a background check
- Professional communication and phone skills
- Experience in skilled trade services
Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $40K to $45K with benefits and will dependent on your experience.
