Duration: 2+ years Job Specifications Overview: How the Warranty Team supports our business: •Provide support to our Distributor Network •Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network •Provide homeowners with warranty information •Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system •Process escalated warranty claim exceptions •Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone Job Requirements: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Experience keying/capturing all customer call details/interactions into a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) (Salesforce experience is desirable) •Dependability and a strong work ethic is imperative to this position •Experience with Microsoft Office suite with a concentration in Word and Excel •Ability to navigate several open Internet tabs on multiple monitors •Computer experience to include simple tasks like copy/paste, find, google search, etc. •Data entry (web-based applications) •Attention to Detail (accuracy) •Ability to multi-task as well as take direction from multiple sources •Ability to interpret and follow standard work instructions and job aids •Ability to work in multiple systems at one time
