Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.The CT Technologist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Effectively performs imaging procedures independentlyAccurately performs veni-puncture, injects contrast using the pressure injector, and sends images through the Internet for interpretationAppropriately assists the radiologist during fluoroscopic and other special procedures requiring sterile techniqueEffectively performs procedures in Surgery, ER, ICU and other nursing units using portable equipmentPractices radiation safety techniques and marks and labels films correctly The CT Technologist reports to the Manager Diagnostic Imaging.
