We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving peoples lives and we want YOU to join our team!Whatyou will be doing: Youll be responsible forresponsible for assisting the cooks in preparation of students meals in compliance with government and management directives.Essential functions:Provide an adequate supply of food and transfer necessary ingredients to the cooking area.Prepare vegetables, salads, meats, bread and desserts as instructed and routinely set forth in an appetizing, eye-appealing mealServe all meals when scheduled with a pleasant demeanor and clean-up after service.Maintain kitchen equipment in orderly workable condition, and ensure the work area is safe, clean, and sanitary at all times.Promote and support positive customer service through the facility.Education and Experience Requirements:Six (6) months of food service experience as a food handler or completion of culinary training program.Must possess a current ServSafe (Food Handler) Certification.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required.Why: Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.Management and Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
