What You Will Do/Need (Job Summary)The Processing Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day extraction, cannabis infused product manufacturing, and packaging. These duties include operating and maintaining state of the art extraction machine, producing other forms of cannabis extracts, and producing cannabis infused products such as vaporizer pens, tinctures, capsules, and gummy chews. The Processing Team Member will work with the Processing Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple departments to ensure the best possible product for our patients. Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)-Responsible for helping the meet production demands and quality expectations.-Duties included, but are not limited to; packaging processing products, manufacturing products, cleaning processing areas, and verifying final product counts.-Communicates with Team Leads and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.-Learning and following standard operating procedures.-Complying with all regulations as they relate to processing operations.-Upholding all standards and procedures pertaining to facility cleanliness and safety.-Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.-Perform other tasks as required.Qualifications-Background and experience in pharmaceutical production, laboratory environments, or marijuana extraction.-Strong attention to detail.-Strong communication and organizational skills.-Curiosity to learn, experiment with, and thoroughly document the results of new methodologies.-High school diploma or equivalent.-At least 21 years of age.-Experience using data entry software (i.e. Excel) and comfortable learning and using new software-Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areasPhysical Requirements-Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly-Ability to respond quickly to sounds-Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces-Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations-Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day-Ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time-Ability to complete fine motor functions-Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activityThis is a fulltime position with variable hours required. Our facility is open from 7am to 8pm seven days a week. Candidates with weekend availability is required.
