About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Talent & Development team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.
This position will support the development and lead the delivery of Culture and Capability development frameworks, tools and programs within the Americas geographic region. They will work closely with global colleagues and local business leaders to apply and modify (where required) globally aligned approaches and solutions for local and regional application. The scope of this role includes leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, culture, engagement, and broader capability development as well as supporting team development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Development and delivery of global talent development programs
Design and development of Culture, DEI and engagement initiatives
Work in collaboration with People Advisory Service (PAS) and Operational Business Partners (OBP) to ensure a positive employee experience of culture and capability development
Support managers and empower employees to drive our culture, increase capability, and leverage global people and culture processes
