Cup Operator - Graphic Packaging International, LLC : Job Details

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Operate three automatic multiple operation cup forming machines that bend, punch, and roll forms to fabricate paper cups. Move pallets of pre-cut cup forms to the cup forming machines and loads the blanks onto the machine feeder table. Ensure that the correct product is being run on the machine. Start machine, observes operation, and verifies the quality of the formed cup. Perform quality checks on the cups through visual inspection, and tear testing. Completes the necessary Paperwork. Practice good housekeeping. Keep work area clean, including floors. Check the oil levels and fills, using the correct oil, as necessary. Move, preposition, and mount the bottom stock roll on the machine. Ensure that the proper size product, and proper size bottom stock are being run on the machine.
