Job Title: Custodial Site Supervisor Location: New Carrollton Federal Building, 500 Ellin Road, Lanham, MD 20706 Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year Shift: 6am - 2pm Mon - Fri. On-call. Flexible shift hours.Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Custodial Site Supervisor to lead, manage, and oversee daily custodial operations. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring service excellence, policy compliance, and efficient resource management, all while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role plays a critical part in aligning operations with company sustainability goals and ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:* Operational Management: Lead routine cleaning operations, ensure compliance with the GSA Performance Work Statement, and uphold the company's Green Cleaning and Quality Control Plans.* Inventory & Equipment Management: Audit and track cleaning supplies, ensure timely ordering and proper storage, and maintain custodial equipment.* Team Leadership: Supervise custodial staff, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training and coaching to promote team development.* Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, conduct safety meetings, and maintain a safe working environment.* Administrative Duties: Utilize company software for work order management, maintain schedules, track performance, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.* Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client concerns and service requests, ensuring high-level service and regular communication.Qualifications:* 5 to 7 years of management experience in custodial services for facilities with million-square-footage and multiple sites.* Bilingual in Spanish.* Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Experience with Time Management Systems and other company-specific software platforms.* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.* Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and OSHA safety standards.* Excellent written communication skills, including email structure, grammar, and sentence formation.* Ability to manage multiple locations and oversee large teams.* Experience with union employees and the ability to manage in accordance with a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).Additional Responsibilities:* Multi-location management, vendor coordination, and large-scale service adjustments.* Performance evaluations and ensuring consistent service standards across multiple sites.How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter to [or apply directly on our website at [ Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
