Custodial Supervisor - IAP Worldwide Services : Job Details

Job DescriptionAs the Custodial Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and managing all custodial personnel and the work effort for all custodial servicesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:•Supervise the work of a crew to operate cleaning equipment including automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, wet mops, large wringers and other necessary equipment, tools, chemicals and supplies.

• Assist the Government in managing the recycling program
• Assist the Government with finding innovative solutions to custodial services, including reviewing new products, methods, and services available to the Government.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma or equivalent
• 7 years' experience in facilities management or custodial related work
• Experience managing a staff of at least 75 personnel
• Hold CIMS and CMM Certifications
• Hold OSHA Safety Certificate
