About NYCREATES:NY Creates is a leading research and development hub as well as a commercialization facilitator in advanced digital, analog, and power technologies.Job Description:The Custodial Technician duties will include, but not be limited to:Vacuum and mop all types of floor surfaces inside and outside the cleanroomEmpty refuse containers inside office suites and cleanroomsClean and disinfect restrooms to include toilets, urinals, sinks and floorsRestocking of consumables inside cleanroom gowning rooms, PPE cabinets and janitorial closets.Other reasonable duties as assigned.Requirements:At least one year commercial cleaning experience is required. Basic mechanical ability (i.e can use screwdriver, wrench)Ability to write basic communication messages.This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.Don't meet every requirement?
