Custodian-10 monthReports to:Building PrincipalDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs general cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Inspects daily his/her assigned area(s) to ascertain that a high level of cleanliness and safety exists.
  • Shall be alert for equipment malfunctions or other maintenance related problems and make minor repairs, and/or report maintenance problems to the head custodian.
  • Takes necessary action to insure building security.
  • Promotes district-wide efforts in energy conservation.
  • Promotes and contributes to the general welfare of students.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the head custodian or the building principal.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must relate well with students, staff and community and maintain confidentiality
    • Must be able to follow oral and written directions
    Work Year: 10 months/213 Days (2/2014)
