Qualifications:* Performs duties necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe building with a sparkling appearance* Full disclosure of past work history* Experience in operating all floor and rug care equipment* Experience in operation of snow removal and lawn care equipment* Reports all items needing repair to the appropriate designee* Reports all safety hazards to appropriate designee* Provides custodian support service necessary for the proper operation of the education program* All PA required clearances, a physical and TB test and all other required paperwork
