Custodian - Handyman - Redwood Terrace - a HumanGood community : Job Details

Under general supervision, the Custodian/Handyman is responsible for repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times. As a representative and team member of environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

City: Escondido

TM Type: Full-Time w/ Benefits

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM

Compensation from: $19.00/hr. depending on experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Previous janitorial/custodial experience required
• Previous carpet or floor care experience required
