Job Summary Under general supervision - plan, direct, supervises or perform routine cleaning, grounds-keeping, and variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair work on school buildings and equipment and does related work as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • Education equivalent to completion of 12th grade. • Five (5) years experience in custodial and maintenance work including two (2) years of supervising employees. • Valid Class lll California Driver's License. Desirable: • School related experience.
