Custodian Janitor Full Time - Graceworks Housing Services : Job Details

Duties:

• Maintain a comfortable, clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment in all resident home areas and public areas including hallways, stairways, common areas, offices, etc.
• Comply with Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines, and HUD regulations governing any Graceworks Housing facility.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a janitorial position desired.
