Division/Department: Facilities and Attractions Job Title: Custodian Reports To: Facilities & Attractions Manager Type of position: Non-Exempt / Hourly Employee Classification: Seasonal Location: Tucson, AZ Compensation: $14.35/hr. - $16.00 per hour Job Summary: Old Tucson Entertainment Custodian(s) will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. This includes but is not limited to the property of Old Tucson and other areas utilized by OTE guests or staff. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trash pickup and spot cleaning in the office areas and OTE grounds.
• Responsible for the cleanup and sanitization of bodily fluid spills in the office areas and OTE grounds, and the proper disposal of all cleaning materials.
• Replenishes cleaning and maintenance supplies, as needed throughout property.
• Notifies supervisors about any reportable conditions or items for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advise other management with related concerns.
• Become knowledgeable with all of the Old Tucson Entertainment policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work evening, weekend, and holidays (Required).
• Prolonged periods standing.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 50lbs at a time.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail paired with a strong work ethic required.
• Ability to observe safety procedures and comply with company policies and practices.
• Able to manage time efficiently and work well individually and on a team.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Must pass a background check.
