Custodian - COFCCA : Job Details

ANDRUS is looking for a Custodian. The primary responsibility of the Custodian is to keep the cottages and other assigned work areas clean and disinfected. This position performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of spaces that include but are not limited to all offices, rooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, restrooms, closets, stairwells, windows and outdoor spaces.

***The schedule is working 8am to 5pm, Saturday through Wednesday.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

At Least one year of work experience required in routine custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, carpet cleaning and restocking paper and soap supplies.

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.

Ability to adhere to organizations core values.

Drivers License in good standing.

Physical requirements:

o Must possess ability to sit, stand, walk, run, climb stairs, and lift weights of up to 30lbs
