CUSTODIAN - Sloan Implement : Job Details

Purpose: Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior facility SIC Recycling in Riverton. They are also responsible for maintaining the exterior cleanliness of the building through assigned tasks. Hours will be roughly 7-4 pm.Responsibilities:

Sweeping and mopping interior areas including offices, break rooms, and conference rooms

Vacuuming all carpeted areas

Cleaning of floors using floor scrubber when needed

Cleaning and stocking related supplies in office, shop, and other bathrooms

Cleaning and maintaining company break rooms (including cleaning of the refrigerators and microwaves)

Cleaning and maintaining conference rooms including disinfecting surfaces and dusting

Taking out all garbage from garbage cans throughout entire building

Dusting of the entire main building

Exterior Power washing

Painting Exterior and Interior

Mowing and beautification of lot

General landscaping

Regularly picking up garbage around the entire lot

Tear down and recycle cardboard when needed

Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must meet regular cleaning requirements for listed responsibilities

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check

Display a high attention to detail

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Display strong written and verbal communication skills
