PK Property Services is looking for motivated reliable candidates to work in the area of Brooklyn Center, MN.

We have immediate openings, apply today and start working tomorrow.

This great position is 2nd shift, Part time (5pm to 9pm), Monday - Friday

Pay starts at $16.00

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Custodian at PK Property Services provides customers with a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to:

• General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility's needs
• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms
• Completion of daily reports for work completed
• Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Compensation: PK Property Services offers extremely competitive compensation for the industry.
