Job Title: Custodian

Job Type: Part-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable custodian to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Report maintenance issues and any hazards to management.
• Respond to cleaning requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.

Working Conditions:
