Custodian - CNB Bank & Trust : Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Gather, empty, and remove trash and other rubbish.
• Ensure entry ways are clean, free of trash, dirt, and other debris.
• Wash walls and inside glass, focusing on entrance ways, including glass extending to ceiling.
• Shake and sweep entrance mats and outside entrance areas as necessary.
• Dust offices, reception, customer service and lobby areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Clean tables, chairs, and counters in breakroom(s).
• Sweep and mop kitchen and bathroom floors and loan vault, plus tiled areas in front of teller counter.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas, including common walkways, conference rooms, waiting areas and floor mats.
• Perform light building maintenance.
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor
