CUSTODIAN - Unique Cleaning Service : Job Details

Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of several Custodians in San Francisco. The successful candidates will maintain the facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with candidates that are detail and service oriented.Must be available to start October 11th, 2024Pay Rate: $20.75Full Time and Part-Time positions available. First and second shifts and some weekends. Duties:

• Maintains cleanliness of administrative rooms, classrooms, hallways, restrooms; achieves satisfaction and quality standards for room and common area cleaning.
• Performs rounds, removes clutter, empties trash, refreshes restrooms.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one (1) year commercial janitorial experience
• High School Diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency
• Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
• Nationwide background check that includes fingerprinting
• Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
• Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment a Plus!
• Stripping and waxing floors experience a Plus!
