Custodian - Valle Verde - a HumanGood community : Job Details

Part-time

Shift: Friday-Monday, 4 P.M.-9 P.M.

Pay Range: $18 to $22, depending on experience

We are looking for an individual with 2+ years' of custodian experience, including carpet cleaning in a high-volume healthcare setting. Under general supervision, the Custodian is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security, and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times.

This position will maintain common areas, assist with community function setup, and support some laundry duties.
