Job Location : Saint Joseph,MO, USA
Job Objective: This position is responsible for performing cleaning, housekeeping, light maintenance to maintain the appearance, safety and security of the building and grounds.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Two years' experience in maintenance field preferred

Supervisory Responsibility: None
Physical Requirements: Include standing, walking, climbing, and kneeling for extended periods of time; lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job.
Travel: None
Driving: Driving is required; must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business.
Working Conditions: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors; may require irregular and/or extended hours on occasion
