- Cleans and sanities restrooms; replaces supplies; washes windows and walls; dusts, polishes, and moves furniture for cleaning.
- Vacuums and cleans floors; sweeps, mops, strips, and polishes floors; shampoos carpets.
- Collects and removes rubbish, wastepaper, and recycle materials.
- Locks and unlocks doors as needed to maintain security.
- Notifies immediate supervisor of required building repairs and unsafe conditions.
- Maintains inventory stock of cleaning supplies.
- Opens and sets up meeting rooms.
- Removes snow and ice to maintain safety.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and considerable experience in custodial work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota.
