Posting Description CUSTODIAN, Department of Custodial Services, to clean all assigned areas of the Institute, which may include but not be limited to: classrooms, laboratories, research facilities, conference rooms, lounges, bathrooms, hallways, stairwells, entryways, elevators, private offices, auditoriums and gymnasiums; secure areas as required, such as entrance and office doors; empty trash and recycling receptacles located inside buildings and place trash and recycling in bins and dumpster; clean and disinfect restrooms including the fixtures; restock paper products and soap and remove used products; clean furniture and polishing if required; clean chalk boards, chalk trays and erasers; clean event spaces before and after; dry mop, wet mop and vacuum floor; dust and spot clean walls and doors in high and low areas; clean and disinfect drinking fountains; clean interior windows and interior/exterior doorway windows; clean mirrors and other glass surfaces; and clean up water and de...Custodian, Property Management, Education
