Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial/Custodian Date Posted: 1/8/2025 Location: Lakeland Elementary District: Willmar Public Schools January 8, 2025 Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of a Custodian Night Foreman. The Custodian Night Foreman is responsible for coordinating, prioritizing and monitoring the work operations and staff assigned to the night crew. Duties associated with the job may vary from building but will include such tasks and duties as coordinating, monitoring, and assigning work orders to building cleaners; sets up equipment and needed supplies/materials for evening events in the building; assists in cleaning assigned areas; performs general and routine maintenance; assists in removing snow and ice on sidewalks and entry areas; and participates in summer cleaning activities. Position Custodian - Night Foreman Location Lakeland Elementary School Rate of Pay $20.78 per hour Hours Per Day 8 Schedule (Approximately) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday Working Days per Year 260 - Year Round Benefits Benefits may be prorated based upon start date. Qualifications Required

• Must have a boiler's license, or have the ability to obtain General knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
• Willingness to work with and show respect for staff, students, and the general public.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated communication skills, patience, and flexibility.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to clean thoroughly.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
