Custodian Nights-Central Middle - Hazelwood School District : Job Details

RESPONSIBILITY:__Directly responsible to the Director of Custodial or his designee.__Responsible for assigning crew personnel to jobs, ordering supplies, and maintaining required records.__Review of work requests or conditions for crew assignments, inventory and supply actions on a routine basis.__Perform custodial duties including regular and mechanical equipment, clean, dust mop,vacuum, scrub floors, walls and ceilings, replacing lamps, and replacing of wall mounted fixtures, small furniture repairs, mow/trim grass, and snow removal as needed__Perform custodial tasks in accordance with standard practices of the institutional housekeeping trade.Perform all custodial and related duties in a conscientious safe manner.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from a general or technical high school or GED and considerable experience in general institutional housekeeping or any equivalent combination or training or experience. Must have one year custodial experience.
