Government Jobs - Part Time - $43,706.00 - $48,441.33 Annually The City of Sioux Citys Administrative Services department is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to occupy a Custodian (Part-Time) position by performing work inside and outside our buildings. This position is required to perform work which includes routine cleaning of various buildings, offices, facilities and adjoining grounds, walkways, and sidewalks. Some prior work experience in building cleaning and maintenance is a plus. Although this is not a full-time position, the position is eligible for our great pension plan through Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System (IPERS).
