QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated ability to maintain an effective working relationship with the Principal, school staff, City departments, public, contractors, and other building users.
2. Strong organizational skills and interpersonal relations skills.
3. Able to use a computer. 4. Demonstrates effective and reliable work habits. 5. If the school is equipped with a pool the candidate must be able to obtain all Aquatics Facility Operator Certification. 6. Show willingness to learn new skills. 7. Possess a valid MA ID and reliable transportation.
8. Must be City of Springfield resident.
