The Custom Billing Assoicate is responsible for performing specified financial tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Billing Department. These tasks will help ensure custom invoices meet customer specifications. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares customized billing as required
- Interaction with customer 3rd party portals
- Maintain Customer PO information
- Communicates with customers regarding billing
- Creates efficiencies with macros, pivot tables and formulas
- Maintain and update files and records and prepare reports
- Process subcontractor invoices
- Auditing billing for accuracy
- Responsible for time management of required deadlines
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- One or more years of related experience preferred
