About the position:

The Production Assistant role consists of most everything related to making our world class mugs. We have a small team and an evolving production layout with multiple zones to keep the day very interesting. This role includes but is not limited to wrapping mugs, printing, screening, stickering, boxing, using commercial ovens and die cutters. Lots of standing, moving, and lifting. We are always challenging ourselves to be more efficient.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and add value to others. Enjoy creating and making with your hands. Having good hand-eye coordination is a must, for example: being able to paint, knit, play darts, or other physical skills with your hands. Must have good attention to detail.

We do have a well defined and followed Infectious Illness Policy that will need to be signed before starting. Oversimplified: Iit says that you will help avoid others getting sick by wearing a mask if you were recently sick or exposed to sick individuals. In the event of continued Pandemic Covid Surges; collectively, our team has become accustomed to wearing masks while working. When everyone is comfortable with Covid numbers we will stop using them.

On-site Full-time

Onsite Monday-Friday 8AM - 4:30PM CST (Start can vary if desired: 6AM through 9AM)

Second shift opportunities may exist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
